We have a strict DNA policy and you could incur a fee if you do not attend your appointment. To avoid this you just need to call the practice at least 3 hours before your appointment to cancel, or download the HOTDOC app, and you can cancel through there without calling the practice. Please make sure to call if you cannot attend, as this opens up appointments for others.
