DNA Fees

Due to the increasing number of DNA (Did Not Attend appointments) our DNA fee will be increasing to $30.00.

Patients who miss 3 or more appointments in 3 months, will be required to pay a fee of $30.00 and will be unable to book until the account is paid.

This decision has not come easy but we feel this is unfair to the patients who are waiting for appointments due to the books being full and then patients not turning up.
