Meet Dr Buddhika Wijerathne

MBBS, MPhil, MPH, SCHP (Children health), FRSPH

Dr. Buddhika Wijerathne was born and graduated in Sri Lanka. He has been working as a medical practitioner for the past 11 years. After graduation, he worked in several hospitals and worked as a family physician for 6-7 years in Sri Lanka. He was passionate about medical research and has worked as a lecturer in a medical faculty in Sri Lanka. He has worked as a general practitioner for 2 years in western Sydney before moving to Dubbo.

He has successfully completed the Sydney Children’s Health Program (2021).

​

 

He has moved to Dubbo with his family from central coast to continue his general practice career.

​
