Meet Dr Dothya Senevirathne ​

Dr Dothya Senevirathne completed her medical degree (MBBS) at the University of Ruhuna in Sri Lanka. After finishing her internship and residency there, she moved to Australia in 2022 to continue her medical career.

​

Since 2023, Dr Senevirathne has been part of the Dubbo Base Hospital team, where she worked across a variety of specialties including Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Psychiatry, and Rehabilitation Medicine. She spent the following year working in the hospital’s Emergency Department before joining Dubbo Medical and Allied Health Group to begin her journey in General Practice.

Dr Senevirathne is welcoming new patients and looks forward to caring for the Dubbo community as a mixed billing GP.
